speedometer can test is good connection. but once i use flashget, the download speed also like stupid speed... i think .....something wrong

之前我的DSL灯闪，我打电话去投诉。。。。结果他们用了20多天才解决。。。。 ( A0 R* o9 J! F) Y$ m0 k
如果你打电话去投诉p2p慢，他会叫你做一些无谓的动作（像在cmd打ipconfig /flushdns、把你的modem关掉1分钟、还有问你用的是什么windows。。。。。。。等等）
