相當好.
空氣好.
風景好.
就是房價高.
不過相對的將來賣價也高.
我有裝修過一些住在那的人.閒聊時得知普通房價都在150萬加幣以上.若是年分較新的話.那更是天價.
唯一美中不足的就是交通不方便.出入一定要自己開車.

if you wanna taste the real canadian culture, you should stay away from richmond, vancouver, burnaby, or even coquitlam.  try white rock or abbortsford

You have to be mindful that it rains quite a lot during winter time and the sunset is at ~4pm.

How much is a 1300 sf bungalow in North vancouver? i currently lives in Winnipeg now, want to make a move. but saw how much the house there. Scare to move there and can't find a job.

to be honest ... it all depends on what you want..

if you need oriental stuff (ie grocery) ..then N.Van might not be the best location
