[Windows] Help,windows xp stop at atart up.

i format my pc today, when format the time, stop at loading windows installation, what is the problem?

Is the installation cd problem! Try to use another disc to install windows.

but the CD can run very smooth at other PC, i try install at other pc is ok, only at this pc got this problem, i try many time already at this pc, i got change the CD,  i also try install from other pc, then change the h/disc in this pc also cannot open windows, is hanging, stop when start up, but change to other pc the problem is ok, is that mean my board problem? but b4 that every thing is running very well.. only the problem start when i format my PC.  i also change my ram, only board and prosessor didnt change.

Ya, if like that is motherboard problem, try to set your bios to default setting and see can install and run windows or not if still cannot then problem is come from motherboard!
