9 s# P: e" l$ x# O近期浙江溫州商人頻頻出逃與湖州抗稅引發的騷亂事件，都反映當地中小民營企業生存之路越來越窄，其中浙江因為稅收引發群體性抗議並非首次。今年 8月下旬，浦江縣以懲治污染為名，對水晶加工行業按用電量徵稅，引發數以千計加工業者連日聚集縣政府請願，大量武警威懾並抓捕示威者，但風波平息後稅還是要交。「水晶稅」按用電度數乘 0.35元人民幣，機器一轉就收稅，不與收益掛鈎，與這次織里的「童裝稅」有異曲同工之妙。難怪網友慨嘆：「苛稅猛於虎。」

There are many who are in business and has done very well.  They are taking the ride of the wave of the current econimic prosperity; it's only fair they contribute to the country with a fair amount of tax.  A country with a good taxation system is a government with a mature social and economic structure.
