[Windows] xp keep restart

hi, my computer keep restarting,i try to repair or reinstall by using xp disc,it all failed, even safe mode.

anyone can help me please?

Fail to repair/reinstall? or after repair/reinstall the problem still there?  

If you confirmed not windows os problem, maybe is harddisk or motherboard problem! Try to run checkdisk to scan your harddisk with repair and recovery option enabled!

chkdsk c: /p /r
