Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?& f! C  Z7 j9 \3 \. B' f# C4 A
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
