Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?
7 Q/ ?( T# z. e( c. Z9 Y- e0 j: h+ PI mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
