Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-., @, b! J9 P# P" t6 s; L$ c  r0 |
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
5 |( G' `% i$ y8 l1 X( E) D5.39.217.77It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
6 P+ D9 ]8 s" C0 w/ K" z5 K5.39.217.77Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

Try these steps (in order)
# g+ R$ j  d4 r2 X3 A& Otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. g/ m4 S# z6 _/ e
1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
/ L6 y8 ~6 a) ]/ Etvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
( g1 [. i3 K) h1 U1 V公仔箱論壇3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
! E0 Y) K* F2 I4.) Wipe computer
