BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...公仔箱論壇5 t3 x0 J0 Y* P
also speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒
& L- Q# i9 J( @, b6 O5.39.217.77特别是拿来做种。。。。。
