i think if you jz drink more water during that moment, small portion, little by little...公仔箱論壇9 w5 `% k6 @7 b
or you can try to hold your breath and try to inflate your abdomen( make your stomach bigger with mouth closed)公仔箱論壇+ R* [8 G7 ~) }3 U  p! S1 u) n
