大家都有打隔打不停的經驗吧???

i think if you jz drink more water during that moment, small portion, little by little...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ R" b, ?6 L: X3 y) F. ^) }$ @4 [
or you can try to hold your breath and try to inflate your abdomen( make your stomach bigger with mouth closed)
