: n9 t6 k, q, c咖喱汁撈飯係我至愛,有時在街外吃剩咖喱,我會打包返屋企。待第二天翻煮,翻煮時不要加水,要加適量牛奶(全脂奶最好)略煮開,這樣咖喱味便不會被冲淡,還會更香濃,再加些已烚熟的甘笋、薯仔,隔夜吃剩的咖喱變成新煮一樣。
