i have a quick download rate for non bt file

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 W  Y6 Q3 A0 X( d
however, there is some problem with thunder5.39.217.771 {! k0 f. a8 x2 \2 }' A

its downloading and uploading the file to else
