I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/stvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  n4 C4 ^8 C  f) [* Z; ^
i have a quick download rate for non bt file

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
