For Edge: click top right corner three dots and go to settings, click Start, home, and new tabs, under "when Edge starts" section, add yahoo page as start page address.

For chrome: click top right corner three dots and go to settings, click "On startup", under "Open a specific page or set of pages", add yahoo page address

For both browsers, click the "Star" shape icon at far end of address bar to add favorite page or bookmark page.
