the reason is tmnut block p2p ' C5 D! F" d( i! q {/ l0 T8 L* y
if u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me $ `1 R' T ]: i% { W
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
