BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.) y9 D4 d5 W" h& F; W& l0 T
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  [' R$ n! J# L& T: G& l: u
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.
1 @/ x) e/ R: U! y$ D. J# dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

6 h: `& e3 w8 R8 l8 Qtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
