最近天氣持續寒冷,吃羊肉可益氣補虛,增強禦寒能力。御名軒推出滋補暖胃的羊腩煲(圖A,$198),選用新鮮羊肉及配料,以慢火燜煮,羊腩腍滑可口,配上清甜爽口的生菜,令人回味。餐廳招牌菜鹽燒芝麻脆雞($250/隻,須預訂),用上約兩斤半重農家鮮雞,塗上秘製醬汁,醃足兩小時,加上天然海鹽焗至半熟,即灑上白芝麻風乾,逼出多餘水分,再以慢火燒熟,皮脆肉嫩帶鹽香,值得一試。
