Yes, perhaps his English is not that good but this is after all a HK Chinese TV show, not an English show. People don't pick on whites or Indians in these TVB  shows who speak Cantonese and with a bit of accent, why pick on Chinese who cannot speak perfect English?$ N7 {/ \9 N# T& `! a5 B8 b6 B, r
