pls help-->Recog Char Info File Map Create Failed

一開IE就彈"Recog Char Info File Map Create Failed",   本人用IE8
但ie又用到正常....咁?做好..thx

setting as you-->Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
don't know how to--->Start IE normally (add-ons enabled) then close it
                 &
don't know how to--->Programs> Manage add-ons. Disable all add-ons then re-enable them
