When shop in Taipei, they dont provide plastic bag.  Cost 1 - 3 NT depends on the size and thickness of bag.  Like supermarket, Ikea, have to pay..
, o& T& t2 a3 Z+ Q4 F5 i2 YHawkers, foodstores, and wet market not in this limitation.
