When shop in Taipei, they dont provide plastic bag.  Cost 1 - 3 NT depends on the size and thickness of bag.  Like supermarket, Ikea, have to pay..
( K4 u3 ?0 I8 d4 n8 I+ _Hawkers, foodstores, and wet market not in this limitation.
