I heard that there is a plan to reallocate soon the bus terminal adjacent to the Ferry.

Land is scarce everywhere in developed city; Hong Kong is of  no exception.

  x2 V1 _' \7 SIs it good or bad? I don't know. But I am sure, with the tide of history, fading out of famous Hong Kong beauty spots like Star Ferry in Central are not rare to happen in Hong Kong in years to come.
