After download torrent problem burn to DVD because files too big please help

Ater I download a torrent DVD files and when you click the files and direct burn to DVD but files too big 7.9GB and what I need to do so I can burn to an DVD disk with 4.4GB.  Please help !!!!

The files I download is MDF files 8,173,408 KB and other files MDS 9 KB can't burn it out that why I need help so if you know how please help out.5.39.217.773 K1 `" o- J, e5 z: S
