i'm using izzi currently, but am a little disappointed with the download speed. although the signal strength always shows 100%, but it rarely goes above 300kbps. is there any reason behind this?

4 P4 O6 O. m& m6 E) p& n( a, S+ Vtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbi'm staying in kepong maluri now and i get this speed almost the whole day, except very late in the night, like 4-5am onwards, then my download speed will go above 300kbps, but still less than 400kbps.
