我覺得好煩躁, 希望有巴打可以解答到我

我覺得好煩躁, 老公部blackberry無啦啦俾pccw收$13xx email data費, 話用多左40幾mb, 簡直離晒普! 同pccw deal左4-5日, 佢地一口咬定我老公有用到, 話係機樓顯示有晒日期有晒data, 但係問佢用左o係邊佢又up唔出, 話blackberry有加密, 所以佢地睇唔到. 如果懷疑俾人盜用可以叫我自己報警, 但係張單都係要交 (*sorry*我仲要係自動轉帳)! 同佢拗左幾日, 話叫我一定要交, 方案一: data果度俾個7折我, 即係減$4xx; 方案二: 俾多少少$ upgrade個plan再簽18個月約! 佢到on9! 咪即係用第2個方法要我俾哩筆錢!? 我話如果係咁, 咁我會去消委會投訴, 之後cut左個auto-pay, 下期開始唔交! 我話我唔係賴皮唔交成張單, 但係無用過果部份我唔會交. 你再同你公司傾下, 睇下想成張單收唔到+無左2個客定點. 佢話再覆我!
ps: email data係blackberry上網用的data (收發email, whatsapp, wechat, line, bb msg ....etc, ) , 而普通data係用browser上網的data (gprs), blackberry用o既system係唔同.

因為我老公係用icloud email, set唔到落blackberry度, 所以部機根本無set up email account. 而whatsapp大家都知道用黎收相的話係會壓縮左做幾十k一張. pccw話我老公係某2日o既半小時內用爆左的, diu! pccw 個network e+好快咩, 點o係半個hr收20mb 相啊??

有無朋友仔係去消委會成功投訴過電訊公司o既呢?
或者可以教我點做先唔使交果$13xx

我一開始已經寫明之前有同hotline果邊傾, 跟住尋日跟進組話會同我跟進. 今日打黎就話因為hotline果邊開左個case, 所以俾返果邊同我跟返, 咁請問跟進組係跟進d咩?? 跟進緊人地唔跟進o既case呀? 咁就唔係跟進啦! 交返我去果邊傾咪又係無共識! 佢有佢講, 又無證據!
