Thank you! I use English translating to Chinese typing program. just I need to type English first and then choose the right Chinese word by typing the number. (each number represent a different Chinese word).

My friend gave me this disk, which file is so big! You can try to get a "Hand Writing device" called: 手寫版, most TVB friends are using it. In BC, it cost $25 CAD.
