2. copy password to Notepad5.39.217.77: J3 C/ t3 N& s1 V! C% R
3. uncompress file using WinRar 3.62, which will prompt for password, P1 W0 w" O: @6 Z+ k+ ~$ i
4. then copy the password from notepad to the password prompt, click ok to proceed公仔箱論壇  m4 A6 Y5 B5 B; n' L# t
5. it works!

Sorry for doubting the original poster on my other post. I guess copying from webpage causes some odd translation to the characters, and which can be corrected by using the workaround above. Hope this method helps everyone who is having problem here.
