OK... I tried the password on other files posted by same poster by doing the following steps:tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 U8 |9 ~! h5 A8 R

1. open Notepad
- y3 I+ B# P" W2. copy password to Notepad5.39.217.77! {$ E' O/ E3 d& G/ z* N' a8 I4 z
3. uncompress file using WinRar 3.62, which will prompt for passwordTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- x+ E7 Z/ V4 i4 U" g) _0 r! ?2 {
4. then copy the password from notepad to the password prompt, click ok to proceed公仔箱論壇* a) P' O3 n0 {: a9 l
5. it works!

( f! B' h3 o0 x6 r. Rtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSorry for doubting the original poster on my other post. I guess copying from webpage causes some odd translation to the characters, and which can be corrected by using the workaround above. Hope this method helps everyone who is having problem here.
