After break up Birthday

This is my second birthday after we broke up ... 5.39.217.77+ H# g0 \3 ^8 l& }( X
if your ex call you 2 days early b4 your birthday and told you that shes not gonna call you and say Happy Birthday on the day of your birthday.. wut does that mean?
