After break up Birthday

This is my second birthday after we broke up ...
+ w) x! E* u) X8 b- y  Q% V- Bif your ex call you 2 days early b4 your birthday and told you that shes not gonna call you and say Happy Birthday on the day of your birthday.. wut does that mean?
