test your ram  ->http://www.memtest.org/<- atleast 3 pass
what psu you using?

try
reset bios, update to newer one, disable item in bios that you are not using.
re-seat CPU, power connector (24pin, aux and pci-e).
remove MB and check the back for short(solder point too close/touching) then test system in open bench(not in case).
if item are new return/exchange for different and test, start with MB.
