download and install Haali/MatroskaSplitter -> http://haali.su/mkv/MatroskaSplitter.exe
right click mpc-hc -> options
under playback -> output, on right panel select VMR-9(renederless) or EVR Custom Pres.
under internal filters, on right panel uncheck Matroska and MP4/MOV
apply and ok

open the mkv, a white icon(Haali Media Splitter) will show up on taskbar near clock, right click that to select the subtitle that you want.
