well of course is 鞏sir..logically. BUT knowing TVB writer style they put Jodie as the handler because later on Bosco (Michael) can use her as a bait and make Laughing choose between arresting him (Mi .... n& K5 X; w: `  q% b6 U8 _' f" w- W
