well of course is 鞏sir..logically. BUT knowing TVB writer style they put Jodie as the handler because later on Bosco (Michael) can use her as a bait and make Laughing choose between arresting him (Mi ...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! S" ^$ i% V* B: G! h+ E# u

It will put laughting at risk.
