BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++

before the down time, my bt download speed is 100+, now is only <5tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 ~% A- Q1 t. G+ m+ s/ ~* z/ r
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 R+ X( Y- d; I. L
i m using the RM60 combo package.....

But the bitcomet speed now is still 10+
