BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.5.39.217.774 t  w3 o# w+ a5 B! b

user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
