BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.8 J3 u: x3 h6 [' D$ H) d

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++

I think BT is affected the most because it's more popular
