BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.公仔箱論壇5 M# L# H3 v. V' l
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 O3 |7 {+ [9 i+ Q3 t
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++
