BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.

: b& U$ X" T. n) F- N* f+ ]tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?
