BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.
3 x& g& e+ [9 q7 N5 o$ btvb now,tvbnow,bttvb
1 x0 l* W' i7 ?" v3 a  Y" \user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

I think BT is affected the most because it's more popular
