BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.

  E" b" N# Q( R! C- y/ N5 m( wuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT
