Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?0 Y$ }1 D: r3 K0 a- d1 b" l
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 J* ^! b& V# I4 u9 K
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
