The photo remind me of my trip to Scotland 2 years ago.  The city is not that busy when compare to cities like Hongkong, Beijing & Shanghai. In fact I like it that way because it looks so peaceful.  T ...% e% C" l% u1 R1 Q+ i' |/ P

Yes, it's really worthwhile for a visit there.  It actually consisted of 6 Designated Cities:-  Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and Stiring.
