SHARP indeed is a very good brand, I use its 55" GX3 for few years and no complain at all. However, their severice in the past is indeed worse, I remember 10+ yrs ago, I ask them to replace my sharp projector 's light blub, they lost my project's lens cover........SHIT>>>>
