RAW Format convert to Jpeg or Tiff

Dear Photographer:
Most of the time after convert the Raw format to Jpeg, the sharpness and detail always gone. Any ideas what is the best way to handle the RAw format with minimum detail loss in the picture .Please Advice

Which software is the best for the RAW convertion? I'm canon user , used DPP sooftware supplied from Canon. Just would like to know which way is the better treatment for RAW format.

JPEG檔是破壞性壓縮，細節一定會受到破壞，並且JPEG檔每存檔一次就會破壞一次，而JPEG檔的好處就是檔案小。
TIFF檔是破非壞性壓縮，細節可以不會受到破壞，但是檔案很大。
依我個人習慣是保存RAW檔，如果需要輸出放 ...
