Audio problem with Format Factory

I have download and installed Format Factory 2.3.  When I tried converting DVD9 video or MKV video to RMVB format, the audio of the out RMVB file runs at a very slow speed, sounds at a low frequency and out of sync with the video.  Has anyone encountered the similar problem, and can some one please advice on the remedy.

It's a crappy product.  Uninstall it, and get something that works better.
