In many tradition older homestead in the countryside, where there is no sewerage, the toilet is built outside next to the back of the house.  And when you want to use the toilet, it is not unusual to find this little fellow green amphibian in the toilet bowl.  Indoor toilets are no guarantee that you'll never be surprised by this fellow either. If they want to get in, they'll get in.
