The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. , O' X5 @1 a f" e2 m' a# E& [

The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders. # L+ a4 d7 E1 I, y t9 jtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbThen there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side. " f2 `* L1 V y# N/ ?4 kFollowed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season.公仔箱論壇+ C0 B7 O' Y. Then there are the Bondi Beach, if you venture to the eastern side, well, there you will find a lot of women sunbaking topless; no fuss, as men do it all the time. : I- W( y- N4 |2 S$ Z t. FThen we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too. . i/ ?* k* g1 k5 L) X! E$ t! NHere we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall.; W' ^; n: [) |0 `8 R2 }
The last one is specially for the shopaholics. The renovated Queen Victoria Building, there used to be an up market Chinese restaurant inside, but it's now turned into another shop.
