2. 燒熱鑊下油 1 湯匙,放入雞中翼用中小火煎至兩面金黃色,下薑絲炒香,加入梅子肉及調味料煮至雞中翼全熟及汁液收少,上碟伴上絲。

Add ginger shreds and stir fry until fragrant.Add plums and seasoning. Cook until chicken wings are done and the sauce is thickened. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
