節目介紹：
拜託冰箱是讓廚師利用嘉賓的日常食材來製作美食，拍攝前一天，製作單位會到來賓家中取食材，包括冰箱中的食材和室溫食材。（但製作單位仍會準備一些家庭常見的食材，例如：蔥、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、胡椒、鹽、炒炸用油、橄欖油、奶油、糖、醬油、冰塊等等）。
每兩集為一個單元，通常有兩位嘉賓，每位出兩道題目，共四道題目。每道題目由兩位主廚在限時15分鐘內完成。嘉賓依照兩道料理的完成順序來品嘗，依個人喜好決定勝負。
