Daytwo of the Reebok Eurocamp saw Benetton Treviso’s La Ghirada practicefacility packed absolutely to the brim with European agents, scouts andgeneral managers, while all 30 NBA teams sat courtside taking all theaction in. An hour and fifteen minutes of drills was followed by fourcompetitive five-on-five games, allowing some of the prospects toreally separate themselves from each other in the eyes of the talentevaluators on hand.
The gym was buzzing all day long with talkof the remaining playoff series’ still yet to be resolved—primarily theNBA, Spanish and Italian leagues, while those executives who aren’tfortunate enough to be still playing made the rounds of the basketballindustry trying to figure out what they can do this summer to changetheir team’s fate.
Some of the more interesting topics included:
RonArtest as a willing and interested free agent target for both Greekpowerhouses this summer, Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, granted he doesnot find a superior NBA offer on the free agent market.

Anothercandidate can be added to the already very long list of players thathave been implicated, one way or the other with Olympiakos. This timeit is NBA veteran James Posey(2.03-SF) of New Orleans, that won 2 NBArings with Miami and Boston in the 2 previous seasons. Obviously thismove would overshadow that of Josh Childress but then again it is tooearly to say anything as it is only a rumor. Posey averaged 11.4 pointsand 6.2 rebounds in 75 games with New Orleans in the regular season.
大意就是Olympiakos还在追逐 James Posey,看来希腊人的欧元攻势又开始暗流涌动了~
