《大發不動產》（韓語：대박부동산／大박不動產，英語：Sell Your Haunted House），為韓國KBS2於2021年4月14日起播出的水木連續劇，由《赤身的消防員》、《學校2017》的朴珍錫導演與河秀真、李英華和鄭妍書編劇合作打造。此劇講述一位驅魔師開立的大發不動產，承接因怨鬼出沒而困擾的房地產業主委託，將人死後無法離開世間的怨鬼進行驅魔將其淨化的靈異奇幻故事。
香港由Viu自4月14日起每週三、四深夜上線；臺灣由愛奇藝國際站、MOD及Hami Video、LiTV 線上影視、friDay影音、LINE TV、myVideo自4月15日起每週四、五跟播。
