I using bitcomet 0.84 now. Below are mine setting. Hope that this setting can increase your download speed.
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 Z7 M( C( J5 @: u m* e6 }
Go to option > Preference
Connection: 公仔箱論壇. D4 T7 }# Q1 F+ w! B
-->Global Max upload speed:( Go to www.speedtest.net to test your upload speed and use only 80% of it. Remenber to change the kbps to kb/s)+ a5 A# z# w7 l' z5 C
-->Max simultaneous download tasks number put it at 2 unless your download speed is very fast then u increase it.! m9 V( `# u- M6 I
-->Now choose listen port between 49152 and 65534.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& u+ X2 X6 U2 d: M9 Y+ ]+ X; k5 m5 F; ]
(Note if you are using router remenber to forward the port.)

I use XP SP2, so in connection "Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection",
I should change to 10 or 500? I change my Window Xp sp2 TCP to 10 already?
Also the number of the listen port you show I don't have that kind of number, I have the small amount number like 7074, 7155, 7970, 8101, 17113, 18143.......the highest number I have is 27756.
I think maybe I live in New York, that's why the listen port number is different.

10 is sp2 default setting. u should change to 500 or minimun 100 using the file i upload.
as for the listen port 49152 and 65534 is recomend by bitcomet. u just change it and then forward the port if u are behind router.

I have the other question, everytime I change my setting and later on I restart my computer, all my setting is gone to be default. How can I fix it ?

you mean bitcomet setting is gone?
i have not encounted this kind of problem before. Maybe u can reinstall the bitcomet and try again.7 t0 R" e1 m/ Q" c. b- u7 J4 @
or did u press ok after u do all the setting or u just straight away exit bitcomet?
