故事大綱
過去被超人力霸王Geed消滅的超人力霸王貝利亞，其生前四處作惡時留下的細胞成了被稱為惡魔碎片的邪惡因子飛散在各個宇宙中。
如今，讓全宇宙陷入混亂的局面，取回和平的超人力霸王們再次展開戰鬥，而那些濫用碎片消滅各行星的惡劣謎之存在也不斷地在暗中活動
以及那魔手，逐漸向「光之國」逼近，英勇地與其對抗的超人力霸王傑洛，以及他的弟子・超人力霸王Z！在激戰的結尾時，Z獨自一人追擊怪獸，而前往地球——。
另一方面，地球，與日常出現的怪獣進行對抗的防衛隊組織。對怪獸機人部隊「STORAGE」。及所屬的年輕熱血漢・夏川遙輝。
在宇宙怪獸來襲地球之時，Z與遙輝因而命中注定的相遇。
因此，年輕兩人的熱血戰鬥故事在此開幕！
