i'm currently using subtitle work shop for subtitles.. but i encountered one problem.. alot of errors on the subtitles sometimes have the subtitle becomes '' ??????? ''

Open subtitle file with notepad++ and then convert to ANSI from the format-menu.
Save the file and open it with subtitle workshop.
