有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77# X# ~$ Q1 ~, |; y5 O5 Q
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good./ q- v7 k# q% M7 |; t, F4 t0 b( u
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇' m+ ~( t6 C0 q- e; f- Q
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
