有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。, C) r% a+ A* p: P# r0 M

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) j5 ]5 M8 ~) }$ N( y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇9 o1 T" ?) x( t; [
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇5 ?6 S( y' R O% N' ]
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇# a! o, W& W9 V" V0 l- S( \
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77( \+ P8 ~9 }( D5 U7 k
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ W* {5 u) o% ]2 H
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
