有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇2 b1 j9 g! q6 G2 P3 q+ i! {( \6 ^
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.( L/ [" V2 }. Z4 ~2 _; i/ j
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ o. o [; _$ X" ?
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.6 G3 v# e$ R1 t0 a& w* `; L5 |5 A; g
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.5.39.217.77: }; p8 @8 B" } u8 ~, O* y
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: h( J; w4 T, u+ l0 F

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
