有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，/ _" [" o) F2 o! \
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 N8 k d7 j) g8 T5 Q& Q
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! t$ X0 K( N- b1 F1 h' [' J

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.775 i5 O- G4 e% p
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. R& J2 p1 U# C5 w b
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.1 a4 X& F5 E$ m$ C/ V& n$ _
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 ]% [/ z% O2 z5 \
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 9 \- Z _2 `8 c2 m

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
