有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 B4 k9 O& \9 A
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77/ S$ F8 k7 v7 F `6 B- Y/ k# g, ~6 c. r
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.# }- A# I8 W" y# E+ D
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.% g! j% [% J& m& n3 L- \
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇+ W" a' l" l: S) s/ j

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
