有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ j! g0 r1 S T* P/ S. S/ Y9 U
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" U0 W7 o- d- ~" N2 y, l4 o" m
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.公仔箱論壇4 @9 U7 _* z1 q7 B( c4 L7 `) v7 ^& y

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 u( O& h, n4 x
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ j2 v) X. g' P- K- u7 C' i
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.# H/ R/ a) W) g2 f5 ~$ j7 v
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇$ y+ d( _3 ^( Y
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
