有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.77; X8 v# E4 ]- I( ?' o. {
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.773 D) v* Z6 M% b$ f0 }% I: v
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.778 f7 T# a2 G( A4 g* ~( p: [0 \
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77) e( X0 u- t: I( O
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.: r- M% W/ J+ }0 m" @- V, \
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# t) M6 w* M/ {
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 t! {' |. M! ?5 B* a3 n
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
