做法 Steps:
. B6 N( w: H# ~) Z8 s1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;$ i  m0 ?; a$ A

2. 鴨胸洗淨,放滷汁內蓋好,以中慢火炆透(約30分鐘),取出切件; Rinse and wipe dry duck breast, add to sauce, cover and simmer until tender (approx 30 mins). Remove and cut into slices;
