U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s. : I# v/ G) O K1 l' } 4 E6 S% | @6 T4 FIf it is KB/s then it is decent. / Z0 ?- X* X) x

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6.
