The Greater Swiss Mountain Dog is a dog breed which was developed in the Swiss Alps. The name Sennenhund refers to people called Senn or Senner, dairymen and herders in the Swiss Alps.
Life span: 10 – 11 years
Origin: Switzerland
Color: Tri-color
Temperament: Self-confidence, Devoted, Alert, Fearless, Good-natured, Protective
Weight: Male: 60–70 kg, Female: 50–60 kg
Height: Male: 65–72 cm, Female: 60–68 cm
